Shipping Policy

We ship from San Diego, California to destinations across the United States and around the world.

Below you’ll find all the details about our order processing, tracking, and claims procedures.

1. Order Processing Time

  • Most orders ship within 1 business day.

  • Depending on availability and order volume, some shipments may take up to 5 business days.

  • If your order requires additional time, we’ll contact you directly with an update.

2. Domestic Shipping

All U.S. orders are shipped via USPS or another reliable carrier.

Tracking information is provided once your order ships.

If your domestic order is lost or damaged, please contact us after 14 days from the ship date or upon receipt of the damaged package.

Include photos of any damage when reporting an issue.

3. International Shipping

We proudly ship worldwide. However:

  • Some international packages may not be fully trackable once they leave the U.S.

  • It’s common for USPS tracking to stop updating once a package reaches Los Angeles, as that’s often the last U.S. checkpoint before transfer to an international carrier.

  • Transit times vary widely by destination and customs processing.

Lost international orders may have a claim submitted 30 days after the ship date.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs fees, and local taxes.

These vary by country and are outside our control.

If a customer refuses to pay these fees and the package is returned undamaged, we will:

  • Refund the product cost,

  • But not the shipping cost.

5. Submitting a Claim

For any lost, delayed, or damaged order:

  1. Email service@bearblend.com with your order number and a description (with photos if applicable).

  2. We’ll submit a carrier claim and assist in resolving the issue.

  3. Once verified, we can reship the order or issue a refund, whichever you prefer.

6. Estimated Delivery Times

  • Domestic: 2–7 business days after shipping

  • International: 10–30 business days, depending on destination and customs

Please note that holidays, weather, and customs inspections can affect delivery times.
