At Bear Blend, your satisfaction is our top priority.
We take great care in crafting and shipping our botanical blends and accessories, but if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
1. Returns for Herbal Products
As our blends are perishable botanical products, we can only accept returns for unopened items that are:

In their original condition,

Undamaged, and
-
Returned within 30 days of delivery.
Once we receive the item and confirm it’s in good condition, we’ll issue a full refund for the product cost.
Refunds typically take 3–5 business days to appear in your account depending on your bank.
2. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong product:

Please take clear photos of the package and product.

Email them to service@bearblend.com with your order number.

We’ll review and submit a claim on your behalf.
Once approved, we can:

Issue a refund, or
-
Reship your order — whichever you prefer.
Refunds for damaged or canceled orders are processed immediately after approval (bank timelines still apply).
3. Replacement Requests
If you are not happy with your purchase but the product is unopened, contact us.
We’re happy to discuss exchanges or replacements.
If you received an electronic item (e.g., accessory) that doesn’t work properly, please reach out — we’ll do everything we can to make it right.
4. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or partially used products cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations.
Gift cards, digital downloads, and promotional items are also non-returnable.
5. How to Start a Return
Email us at service@bearblend.com with your order details, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return address if your item qualifies.
